What is the "Sell & Get Instant Cash" process?
Click the "Sell" button in the menu, download our apps, fill the product details, and get a valuation. Once we verify the item, we pay you instantly via M-Pesa or Bank transfer.
Do you offer delivery across Kenya?
Yes! We ship nationwide. Deliveries within Nairobi are completed on the same day, while upcountry orders typically arrive within 24-48 hours via our trusted courier partners. Delivery fees may vary depending on location.
Are the Products under Warranty?
Yes we offer 6 month warrant on all used electronics for your peace of mind and 3 days return policy incase you change your mind.
Can i return or exchange an item?
At Classic Resales, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not delighted with your gift item, you can return or exchange it within 3 days of delivery. To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return or exchange, and we will guide you through the next steps. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition with tags and packaging intact to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
